目的：探讨在临床中进展性脑梗死患者给予臭氧自血疗法治疗的临床效果分析。方法：选取2013年本院收治入院临床诊断为进展性脑梗死的60例患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各30例，所有患者均给予常规治疗，观察组在此基础上给予臭氧自血疗法进行临床治疗，对照组给予低分子量肝素钠皮下注射，观察比较两组患者的治疗效果及Hcy水平。结果：观察组的总有效率90.00%明显高于对照组的66.67%，且治疗后的总Hcy水平、男、女性Hcy水平均明显低于对照组，均在正常值范围内，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：进展性脑梗死患者在常规治疗基础上给予臭氧自血疗法进行治疗，其临床效果明显优于单一常规治疗，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토재림상중진전성뇌경사환자급여취양자혈요법치료적림상효과분석。방법：선취2013년본원수치입원림상진단위진전성뇌경사적60례환자，안조수궤수자표법장기분위대조조화관찰조각30례，소유환자균급여상규치료，관찰조재차기출상급여취양자혈요법진행림상치료，대조조급여저분자량간소납피하주사，관찰비교량조환자적치료효과급Hcy수평。결과：관찰조적총유효솔90.00%명현고우대조조적66.67%，차치료후적총Hcy수평、남、녀성Hcy수평균명현저우대조조，균재정상치범위내，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：진전성뇌경사환자재상규치료기출상급여취양자혈요법진행치료，기림상효과명현우우단일상규치료，치득림상추엄응용。
To investigate the clinical effect analysis of ozone autohemotherapy in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction in clinical.Method:60 patients with progressive cerebral infarction in our hospital in 2013 were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.All patients were given conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with ozone autohemotherapy on the basis of conventional treatment and the control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium by subcutaneous injection.The treatment efficacy and Hcy level between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 90.00%,it was significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group,and total Hcy level,male,female Hcy levels were significantly lower than those of the control group, they were in the normal range,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of conventional treatment combined with ozone autohemotherapy in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction patients is better than single routine treatment,is worthy of clinical application.
