目的：对比分析股骨近端骨折应用动力髋螺丝钉（DHS）与抗旋转螺丝钉（PFNA）内固定术治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2012年9月-2013年9月在本院确诊为股骨近端骨折且行内固定术治疗的72例患者，按照手术方法的不同将其分为对照组35例和研究组37例，对照组采取DHS内固定术，研究组采取PFNA内固定术，观察比较两组患者相关指标的差异。结果：研究组的术中出血量、术后引流量、Harris评分均明显少于对照组，且手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间以及下地行走时间均明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：股骨近端骨折应用PFNA内固定术治疗临床疗效显著，同时能改善患者髋关节功能，提高日常生活活动能力，值得临床推广应用。
목적：대비분석고골근단골절응용동력관라사정（DHS）여항선전라사정（PFNA）내고정술치료적림상효과。방법：선취2012년9월-2013년9월재본원학진위고골근단골절차행내고정술치료적72례환자，안조수술방법적불동장기분위대조조35례화연구조37례，대조조채취DHS내고정술，연구조채취PFNA내고정술，관찰비교량조환자상관지표적차이。결과：연구조적술중출혈량、술후인류량、Harris평분균명현소우대조조，차수술시간、주원시간、골절유합시간이급하지행주시간균명현단우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：고골근단골절응용PFNA내고정술치료림상료효현저，동시능개선환자관관절공능，제고일상생활활동능력，치득림상추엄응용。
To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of DHS and PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of proximal femoral fractures.Method:72 patients with proximal femoral fractures in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 were selected,they were divided into the control group for 35 cases and the study group for 37 cases according to the different operation methods.The control group was treated with DHS internal fixation,the study group was treated with PNFA internal fixation.The relevant indicators between the two groups were observed and compared. Result:The blood loss,postoperative drainage volume and Harris score of the study group were significantly less than the control group,and surgery time,hospitalization time,healing time and ambulation time of the study group were significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of proximal femoral fractures,PFNA internal fixation can gain a good clinical effect,meanwhile can improve the hip joint function and raise activities of daily living,is worthy of clinical application.
