目的：探讨心理干预对断指再植住院患者急性情感抑郁的术后影响。方法：采用基本资料调查表、医院焦虑抑郁量表（HADS），对40例断指再植患者进行急性期情感抑郁状况调查，将38例经过测定确定有情感抑郁的患者按随机数字表法分为心理干预组19例和对照组19例。对照组进行断指再植术常规基础护理；心理干预组除予以常规基础护理外，予以术前、术后心理护理。比较两组患者治疗后的情感抑郁状况及断指再植成活率。结果：心理干预组手术效果好，断指成活率较高，且情感抑郁情况好于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：在临床治疗基础上，对断指再植患者进行早期心理干预，可显著改善断指再植患者的心理应激，控制不良情绪的出现，有助于预防再植术后血管危象的发生和促进再植指的顺利成活。
목적：탐토심리간예대단지재식주원환자급성정감억욱적술후영향。방법：채용기본자료조사표、의원초필억욱량표（HADS），대40례단지재식환자진행급성기정감억욱상황조사，장38례경과측정학정유정감억욱적환자안수궤수자표법분위심리간예조19례화대조조19례。대조조진행단지재식술상규기출호리；심리간예조제여이상규기출호리외，여이술전、술후심리호리。비교량조환자치료후적정감억욱상황급단지재식성활솔。결과：심리간예조수술효과호，단지성활솔교고，차정감억욱정황호우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.01）。결론：재림상치료기출상，대단지재식환자진행조기심리간예，가현저개선단지재식환자적심리응격，공제불량정서적출현，유조우예방재식술후혈관위상적발생화촉진재식지적순리성활。
To study the effects of psychological intervention for replantation of hospitalized patients with acute postoperative effects of emotional depression.Method:40 replantation patients with acute emotional depression status were studied by the basic information questionnaire,HADS,and 38 cases after determination of certain how emotional depression patients were randomly divided into the psychological intervention group for 19 cases and the control group for 19 cases. The control group was given the wounded finger regular care,the psychological intervention group was given preoperative and postoperative psychological intervention nursing based on regular care. The emotional depression status and replantation survival rate of the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the operation effect of the psychological intervention group was good,survival rate was higher,and the emotional depression was better than the control group,the differences had statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:On the basis of clinical treatment,early mental intervention have better effects on the psychological barrier of replantation patients,can significantly improve the bad mood disorders,improve the success rate of surgery.
