目的：探讨人本位整体护理在剖宫产患者中的应用及效果评价。方法：随机抽取2012年在本院住院行剖宫产的50例产妇作为对照组，另随机抽取2013年在本院住院行剖宫产的50例产妇作为观察组，观察组实施人本位整体护理方法，对照组实施常规产妇护理方法，分别对两组进行护士能力、护理效果及患者满意度等指标的比较分析。结果：观察组在望、闻、问、切、帮5方面评分均明显高于对照组，不良护理事件发生例次、产后EPDS评分、新生儿出生即刻的Apgar评分均明显少于对照组，且并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组产妇及家属满意率94%明显高于对照组的76%，比较差异有统计学意义（Z=7.13，P=0.000）。结论：人本位整体护理在中的应用效果显著，值得推广。

목적：탐토인본위정체호리재부궁산환자중적응용급효과평개。방법：수궤추취2012년재본원주원행부궁산적50례산부작위대조조，령수궤추취2013년재본원주원행부궁산적50례산부작위관찰조，관찰조실시인본위정체호리방법，대조조실시상규산부호리방법，분별대량조진행호사능력、호리효과급환자만의도등지표적비교분석。결과：관찰조재망、문、문、절、방5방면평분균명현고우대조조，불량호리사건발생례차、산후EPDS평분、신생인출생즉각적Apgar평분균명현소우대조조，차병발증발생솔명현저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。관찰조산부급가속만의솔94%명현고우대조조적76%，비교차이유통계학의의（Z=7.13，P=0.000）。결론：인본위정체호리재중적응용효과현저，치득추엄。
To explore the application and effect evaluation of person standard holistic nursing in patients with cesarean section.Method:50 parturients underwent cesarean section in our hospital in 2012 were randomly selected as the control group,and 50 parturients underwent cesarean section in our hospital in 2013 were randomly selected as the observation group.The observation group was given standard holistic nursing and the control group was given conventional maternal care methods.The indexes of nurses ability,nursing effect and patient satisfaction between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The scores of inspection,auscultation,olfaction,interrogation, palpation and help in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,adverse incident cases, postpartum EPDS score and birth immediate Apgar score were significantly less than the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of pregnant women and their family members in the observation group was 94%,it was statistically higher than 76%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=7.13,P=0.000).Conclusion:The person standard holistic nursing in the application effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
