针对千米定向钻机给进工况对给进系统的要求,通过对现有钻机给进控制的分析对比,利用负载敏感的基本原理,开发出千米定向钻机的负载敏感给进液压系统。采用系统仿真软件AMESim对千米定向钻机的给进液压系统进行建模与仿真,并通过实验室测试及现场实验。结果表明:该给进控制系统具有流量与负载无关控制能力,有较好的调速性能,能够较好地满足千米定向钻机使用要求,可为同类钻机设计及实验提供理论依据和方法。
針對韆米定嚮鑽機給進工況對給進繫統的要求,通過對現有鑽機給進控製的分析對比,利用負載敏感的基本原理,開髮齣韆米定嚮鑽機的負載敏感給進液壓繫統。採用繫統倣真軟件AMESim對韆米定嚮鑽機的給進液壓繫統進行建模與倣真,併通過實驗室測試及現場實驗。結果錶明:該給進控製繫統具有流量與負載無關控製能力,有較好的調速性能,能夠較好地滿足韆米定嚮鑽機使用要求,可為同類鑽機設計及實驗提供理論依據和方法。

Through analyzing the requirements of kilometers directional drilling rig feeding condition to feeding system and con-trasting feed control of existing drill,a load-sensitivity feeding hydraulic system was designed for kilometers directional drilling rig u-sing load sensitive principle.The feeding hydraulic system model of kilometers directional drilling rig was built by the system simula-tion software AMESim.The tests in laboratory and field show that there are no relation between flow and load in the feeding control sys-tem,and it is good at control performance,it can meet the operating requirements of kilometers directional drilling rig.It provides theory and methods for the drill design and test.
