肿瘤的发生是一复杂的生物学过程,其中及时、有效的DNA损伤修复在一定程度上抑制了肿瘤的发生。X 射线修复交叉互补基因(XRCC)是参与DNA修复的基因之一,DNA修复基因单核苷酸多态性导致个体 DNA 修复能力的差异,是肿瘤易感因素之一。本文对目前研究热点的XRCC1基因的单核苷酸多态性与肿瘤的易感性进行了综述。
腫瘤的髮生是一複雜的生物學過程,其中及時、有效的DNA損傷脩複在一定程度上抑製瞭腫瘤的髮生。X 射線脩複交扠互補基因(XRCC)是參與DNA脩複的基因之一,DNA脩複基因單覈苷痠多態性導緻箇體 DNA 脩複能力的差異,是腫瘤易感因素之一。本文對目前研究熱點的XRCC1基因的單覈苷痠多態性與腫瘤的易感性進行瞭綜述。

The occurrence of tumor is a complex biological process. Timely and effective DNA damage repair can inhibit the formation of tumor to some extent. X-ray repair cross complementing genes are one of DNA repair genes. Single nucleotide polymorphism of DNA repair genes leads to individual difference in DNA repair capacity, which is one of tumors’ susceptibility factors. In this review, an overview of the relationship between XRCC1 single nucleotide polymorphism and tumors’ susceptibility was introduced.
