研究了氧氯化锆生产过程中的水洗工艺,针对锆英砂连续碱熔得到的烧结料,确定了水洗优化工艺条件。研究结果表明:在液固体积质量比5∶1、温度50℃、时间30 min、洗涤3次条件下,得到的水洗料中SiO2(40% ZrO2)和Na2O(40% ZrO2)的质量分数分别为3.5%和4.5%;水洗过程中,硅和钠同时被脱除,大部分硅在第1次水洗时脱除,说明锆酸钠发生了水解;水洗碱度过低时,硅酸钠也可能发生水解。

The washing process in ZrOCl2 · 8H2 O producing was researched .Aim at the sintered materials by continuous alkali decomposition ,the optimum washing conditions were determined .The results show that under the conditions of ratio of liquid volume between solid mass of 5 ∶ 1 , temperature of 50 ℃ ,time of 30 min and washing 3 times ,the content of SiO2 and Na2 O(40% ZrO2 ) in the washing materials are 3 .5% and 4 .5% ,respectively .The Si and Na can be simultaneously removed .The most of Si is removed in the first time washing process .It illustrates that Na2ZrO3 may hydrolyzes and Na2SiO3 may also hydrolyzes when the alkalinity of washing solution is too low .
