研究了电流密度、电沉积时间、镀液pH及超声搅拌对镍沉积量及镀层表面质量的影响。结果表明:在电流密度0.37 A/dm2、电沉积时间80 min、强酸条件下,镀层较为光滑平整,无明显缺陷,镀镍量适中;超声搅拌有利于提高镀层质量。

The effects of current density ,electrodeposition time ,pH and ultrasonic agitation on nickel plating coat quality were researched .The results show that at the conditions of current density of 0 .42 A/dm2 ,electrodeposition time of 80 min and in the acidic medium ,nickel plating coat surface is smooth and without obvious defects ,and amount of nickel plating is moderate .The coating quality can be mproved by ultrasonic agitation .
