拉米夫定生产废水为高盐、高有机污染物废水,治理难度较大。研究了采用 Fenton法和电絮凝法预处理该类废水。结果表明:电絮凝法比Fenton法的处理效果更好;在pH=6.1、电流密度20 mA/cm2、反应时间1 h条件下,电絮凝法的CODCr去除率达35%以上,处理成本仅3.63元/t废水;预处理后的废水再经生化反应处理,出水CODCr稳定在400 mg/L左右,处理效果较为理想。

Lamivudine wastewater is difficult to treat because containing high salt and organic pollution . Pretreatment of the wastewater were studied by Fenton method and electric flocculation method .The results show that the electric flocculation method is more suitable for this wastewater than Fenton method .Under the conditions of wastewater pH of 6 .1 ,current density of 20 mA/cm2 and reaction time of 1 hour ,removal rate of CODCr in the wastewater by electric flocculation ,removal of CODCr is more than 35% ,costs is 3 .63 yuan/tons wastewater .After pretreatment ,the yielding water is retreated by biochemical process ,the CODCr is stable at about 400 mg/L .
