近几年来，随着Web技术的不断发展，以3G技术为代表的移动互联网正在飞速发展，这使得移动终端更加智能化及网络化。Android系统作为一款完全开放的移动操作系统，不仅手机上可使用该操作系统，而且还支持各种移动设备，具有广阔的市场发展空间。为了满足Android用户对图像处理软件的需求，开展一种Android平台的图像处理软件显得尤为重要。为此，本文特对Android平台图像处理软件框架进行设计，使Android系统的图像处理能力得到提升。
