本文把农户动力机制影响因素区分为外生和内生两类，区分的标准是因素产生形成与变化发展的依赖路径。外生因素是独立于农户行为与心理之外的变量，受制于农户本身之外的其他条件制约，如年龄、居住区域、制度安排等。而内生因素则是受农户主观心理条件影响的变量，会随着农户生理、心理变化而改变，如对产权、地权稳定性、流转规范程度的认知。在本文中，将着重分析外生因素中农民自身产生影响的方式，并分析其原因。

In this paper, the dynamic mechanism of the factors affecting farmers exogenous and endogenous divided into two categories, distinguishing criterion is dependent on factors that produce changes in the formation and development path. Exogenous factors are independent of the behavior and psychology of farmers outside the variables subject to the other con-ditions beyond the farmer's own constraints, such as age, area of residence, institutional arrangements. The endogenous fac-tors are variable by subjective psychological conditions affecting farmers, farmers will be as physical and psychological changes changes, such as property rights, land tenure security, regulate the circulation level of understanding. In this article, the analysis will focus on the way the exogenous factors that affect farmers themselves and analyze their causes.
