目的:探讨应用层级化形式在南海区内培训社区急救员的效果。方法:第一层由资深急诊医学工作者组成师资导师团,共同制定培训方案;第二层由师资导师团以学习班形式对由各镇医院选送的医护人员组成的师资团进行统一规范培训;第三层由师资团成员分批对所属镇社区公众进行培训。培训内容包括基本救护概念、心肺复苏术及气道异物梗阻处理。培训时间8小时,其中理论培训与实际操作培训时间比为1∶7。培训后进行考核。结果:举行了2期师资成员学习班,157名医护人员考核合格,并聘为师资成员;对社区公众进行12期培训,共培训503人,一次考核合格率93.04%,最终合格率97.81%。结论:层级化形式培训社区急救员可有效整合行政和医疗资源,有望在本区内形成一套长期、可行、有效的CPR培训机制。

Objective: To explore the effect on applicating of hierarchical form for community first aider training in Nanhai district. Methods: The first, by a senior teacher of emergency medicine workers teachers group to establish training plan. Second, the teacher tutor groups to train the teachers group of doctors and nurses of Junior hospital for a unified standard. The third, the teachers group members batch on community public training. The training content including basic rescue concept, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and treatment of airway foreign body obstruction. Training time was 8 hours, in which the theoretical training and practical training time ratio was 1:7. Evaluation after the training. Results: There held a total of 2 classes for teachers members, 157 doctors and nurses assessment qualified, become members of the teachers. A total of 503 community public had trained in 12 phase of training, the first assessment of them qualified rate was 93.04%, final qualified rate was 97.81%. Conclusion: Applicating of hierarchical form for community first aider training may effectively integrate the administrative and medical resources and can look forward to form a long-term, feasible and effective CPR training system in this area.
