目的：探讨α－干扰素联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法：将我科2011年3月至2012年3月收治的60例支原体肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用α－干扰素雾化治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率93．3％明显高于对照组的76．7％（P ＜0．05）。结论：α－干扰素雾化联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎可提高疗效。

목적：탐토α－간우소연합아기매소치료소인지원체폐염적림상료효。방법：장아과2011년3월지2012년3월수치적60례지원체폐염환인수궤분위치료조화대조조각30례，대조조채용아기매소치료，치료조재대조조치료적기출상가용α－간우소무화치료，비교량조림상료효。결과：치료조총유효솔93．3％명현고우대조조적76．7％（P ＜0．05）。결론：α－간우소무화연합아기매소치료소인지원체폐염가제고료효。
Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia treated by α-interferon combined with Azithromycin. Methods: 60 children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30) from Mar 2011 to Mar 2012 in the department of pediatrics. The control group was treated by Azithromycin, while the treatment group was treated by Azithromycin and α-interferon. The clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group (93.3% & 76.7%,P<0.05). Conclusion: It may improve the clinical curative effect that α- interferon combined with Azithromycin treat patients with mycoplasmal pneumonia in children.
