目的:探讨甲状腺功能对骨代谢的影响。方法:比较278例甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)患者及300例健康对照者采用放射免疫法(RIA)测定的血FT3、FT4、PINP、BGP、ICTP、B-ALP、DPD。结果:甲亢患者血FT3、FT4、PINP、BGP、ICTP、B-ALP、DPD 活性较对照组明显增高(P <0.01),且甲亢患者血 FT3、FT4分别与 PINP、BGP、ICTP、B-ALP、DPD呈正相关(P <0.01)。结论:甲状腺激素可能直接参与加速骨转换及增加骨吸收,由此导致甲亢患者骨量丢失。

목적:탐토갑상선공능대골대사적영향。방법:비교278례갑상선공능항진(갑항)환자급300례건강대조자채용방사면역법(RIA)측정적혈FT3、FT4、PINP、BGP、ICTP、B-ALP、DPD。결과:갑항환자혈FT3、FT4、PINP、BGP、ICTP、B-ALP、DPD 활성교대조조명현증고(P <0.01),차갑항환자혈 FT3、FT4분별여 PINP、BGP、ICTP、B-ALP、DPD정정상관(P <0.01)。결론:갑상선격소가능직접삼여가속골전환급증가골흡수,유차도치갑항환자골량주실。
Objective:To explore the effect of thyroid function on bone metabolism. Methods: Serum concentrations of FT3,FT4,PINP,BGP,ICTP,B-ALP and DPD were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA)and compared in 278 patients with hyperthyroidism and 300 healthy controls. Results: Compared with the healthy controls, patients with hyperthyroidism had significantly higher FT3, FT4, PINP, BGP, ICTP, B-ALP and DPD (all P <0.01),and the levels of FT3, FT4 were positively correlated to PINP, BGP, ICTP and B-ALP respectively (all P <0.01). Conclusions: Thyroid hormone might speed up bone turnover directly with increased bone resorption to induce bone mass loss in patient with hyperthyroidism.
