目的:在大鼠5/6肾切除模型上探讨心脏成纤维细胞生长因子-2(FGF-2)表达情况及 NADPH 氧化酶对FGF-2表达的影响。方法:构建5/6肾切除动物模型并给予NADPH 氧化酶抑制剂apocynin 干预8周,观察大鼠心肌组织FGF-2的表达情况。结果:apocynin 改善5/6肾切除术导致的大鼠血压升高、体重下降及血肌酐的蓄积,并抑制5/6肾切除术导致心脏FGF-2表达。结论:NADPH 氧化酶是调控慢性肾脏病(CKD)时心脏FGF-2的合成因素之一。
目的:在大鼠5/6腎切除模型上探討心髒成纖維細胞生長因子-2(FGF-2)錶達情況及 NADPH 氧化酶對FGF-2錶達的影響。方法:構建5/6腎切除動物模型併給予NADPH 氧化酶抑製劑apocynin 榦預8週,觀察大鼠心肌組織FGF-2的錶達情況。結果:apocynin 改善5/6腎切除術導緻的大鼠血壓升高、體重下降及血肌酐的蓄積,併抑製5/6腎切除術導緻心髒FGF-2錶達。結論:NADPH 氧化酶是調控慢性腎髒病(CKD)時心髒FGF-2的閤成因素之一。
목적:재대서5/6신절제모형상탐토심장성섬유세포생장인자-2(FGF-2)표체정황급 NADPH 양화매대FGF-2표체적영향。방법:구건5/6신절제동물모형병급여NADPH 양화매억제제apocynin 간예8주,관찰대서심기조직FGF-2적표체정황。결과:apocynin 개선5/6신절제술도치적대서혈압승고、체중하강급혈기항적축적,병억제5/6신절제술도치심장FGF-2표체。결론:NADPH 양화매시조공만성신장병(CKD)시심장FGF-2적합성인소지일。
Objective: To investigate the effects of NADPH oxidase on the expression of fibroblast growth factor-2 (FGF-2) in chronic kidney disease (CKD). Method: CKD models were established in male Sprague-Dawley rats and treated with apocynin for 8 weeks. Results: NADPH oxidase inhibition ameliorated 5/6 nephrectomy induced hypertension, weight loss and creatinine accumulation. Furthermore, apocynin treatment reduced the expression of cardiac FGF-2 in 5/6 nephrectomized rats. Conclusions: The study demonstrated that NADPH oxidase plays a pivotal role in regulating the expression of FGF-2 in CKD.
