本文简述了复合材料经典层合板理论,指出其适用范围和局部不充分性,介绍了层间应力的相关概念。某些情况下基于经典层合板理论的失效分析与试验结果存在一定误差,原因在于经典层合板理论忽略了层间应力。为此本文概述了层间应力的存在性和存在区域、决定因素及其对复合材料层合结构的影响,几种层合板基本理论和适用范围,并从层间应力的近似理论及其优缺点、求解层间应力的有限差分法和有限元法以及各自特点、层间应力的试验研究、基于商用仿真软件的层间应力研究等方面进行了介绍。其中有限元法因自身理论的完备性及相关软件的发展而得到广泛应用。众多研究表明复合材料层合结构的局部区域存在显著的层间应力,这对复合材料层合结构的整体力学性能有一定影响。
本文簡述瞭複閤材料經典層閤闆理論,指齣其適用範圍和跼部不充分性,介紹瞭層間應力的相關概唸。某些情況下基于經典層閤闆理論的失效分析與試驗結果存在一定誤差,原因在于經典層閤闆理論忽略瞭層間應力。為此本文概述瞭層間應力的存在性和存在區域、決定因素及其對複閤材料層閤結構的影響,幾種層閤闆基本理論和適用範圍,併從層間應力的近似理論及其優缺點、求解層間應力的有限差分法和有限元法以及各自特點、層間應力的試驗研究、基于商用倣真軟件的層間應力研究等方麵進行瞭介紹。其中有限元法因自身理論的完備性及相關軟件的髮展而得到廣汎應用。衆多研究錶明複閤材料層閤結構的跼部區域存在顯著的層間應力,這對複閤材料層閤結構的整體力學性能有一定影響。

The present work introduced the classic laminate plate theory of composites briefly, pointed out its scope of application and insufficiency in some local region, introduced the related concept of interlaminar stresses. Sometimes there were differences between the analysis based on the classic laminate plate theory and experiments, the major reason was that the interlaminar stresses was not described in classic laminate plate theory. Then the present work summarized the existence proof, the existence domain, determinant factor of the interlaminar stresses and the influence on composite laminates, some laminate theories and their scopes of application, also introduced the status of the researches on the interlaminar stresses containing approximate methods with their advantages and disadvantages, the numerical methods based on finite difference technique and finite element technique with their characteristics, experiment investigations, the analysis based on commercial simulation software. The finite element techniques applied widely owing to its own perfect theory and the development of commercial software. Numerous researches show there are significant interlaminar stresses in some local region of composite laminates, which have some influence on the mechanical properties of composite laminates.
