乳胶由于其快干等的点,一直在卷烟厂无法实现自动化物流输送,为解决这个问题,设计了一种系统,通过真空脱气、恒压输送及减压接收等工艺实现了乳胶全自动输送。系统现场运行3年多,工作稳定,乳胶理化指标无变化,证明乳胶自动输送是可行的。
乳膠由于其快榦等的點,一直在捲煙廠無法實現自動化物流輸送,為解決這箇問題,設計瞭一種繫統,通過真空脫氣、恆壓輸送及減壓接收等工藝實現瞭乳膠全自動輸送。繫統現場運行3年多,工作穩定,乳膠理化指標無變化,證明乳膠自動輸送是可行的。
유효유우기쾌간등적점,일직재권연엄무법실현자동화물류수송,위해결저개문제,설계료일충계통,통과진공탈기、항압수송급감압접수등공예실현료유효전자동수송。계통현장운행3년다,공작은정,유효이화지표무변화,증명유효자동수송시가행적。
PVAc glue can’t be transported through pipe due to its fast dry character. This article describes a design of PVAc glue automatic feeding system to realize PVAc glue transporting. The system includes a vacuum unit for escaping air bubble from glue, an air-operated constant pressure pump and a pressure reducing unit to fit usage demands. The system has been run smoothly for over 3 years. And glue characters did not changed after transportation. The conclusion is that PVAc transportation is available.
