首先针对EMD算法中端点效应问题,采用镜像延拓法进行算法改进;而后提出一种相关度选取IMF方法,对分解得到的IMF进行相关分析,选出敏感IMF;进而将有效IMF能量比作为故障特征,采用HMM分类器进行故障识别以实现齿轮的故障诊断,实验结果表明了改进EMD和HMM方法的有效性。

The mirror extension method was used to overcome the end effect problem in EMD algorithm. Then, a correlation evaluation algorithm was proposed and applied to IMF analysis, and the sensitive IMFs were selected. Finally, taking the energy ratio of the selected IMFs as the fault feature, the HMM classifier was applied to the diagnosis of the gear fault. The results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method based on the improved EMD and HMM.
