针对某型救护直升机振动特点,采用金属干摩擦阻尼可调式隔振器对机载综合急救单元进行隔振优化设计,在隔振器干摩擦阻尼调节范围内,测试多组隔振器摩擦力曲线,应用谐波叠加法模拟直升机客舱底板激励,并通过仿真优化计算确定最佳摩擦力曲线,进而确定隔振器阻尼最佳工作状态。优化结果表明机载综合急救单元采用该型隔振器,能使加速度均方根响应降低78.75%,说明该隔振器具有良好的隔振减振性能,适用于直升机机载振动环境。
針對某型救護直升機振動特點,採用金屬榦摩抆阻尼可調式隔振器對機載綜閤急救單元進行隔振優化設計,在隔振器榦摩抆阻尼調節範圍內,測試多組隔振器摩抆力麯線,應用諧波疊加法模擬直升機客艙底闆激勵,併通過倣真優化計算確定最佳摩抆力麯線,進而確定隔振器阻尼最佳工作狀態。優化結果錶明機載綜閤急救單元採用該型隔振器,能使加速度均方根響應降低78.75%,說明該隔振器具有良好的隔振減振性能,適用于直升機機載振動環境。

According to the vibration characteristics of an ambulance helicopter, the optimum design for vibration isolation of integrated airborne aid unit was done using the tunable metal dry-friction damping. Within the adjustment range of the isolator’s dry friction damping, curves of the friction force of the vibration isolator were obtained by testing, and the harmonic-wave superposition method was used to simulate the cabin-floor excitation of the helicopter. Meanwhile, the optimum curve of the friction force was made based on the optimization simulation, and then the best working condition of the isolator damping was determined. Results of the optimization show that the RMS of the acceleration can be reduced by 78.755 % with the use of the isolator in the airborne aid unit, the isolator has a good vibration isolation damping performance and is suitable for the airborne vibration environment of the helicopter.
