应用模态展开方法研究单层正弦波纹板在简支边界条件下的声传递损失特性。首先把正弦波纹板等效为正交各向异性平板,建立正交各向异性平板的声振方程。基于同一模态函数基,利用Galerkin方法由速度连续条件求得系统的声振响应,得到波纹板结构声传递损失的解析表达式。通过计算结果与已有的实验数据比较,表明文中方法比波传递方法能够更好地预测波纹板结构的中低频段声传递损失特性。最后研究波纹板结构参数(包括板厚、入射角、方位角以及损耗因子等)对隔声特性的影响。

A modal expansion method was employed to investigate the sound insulation property of a simply-supported single sinusoidal corrugated panel. Firstly, the corrugated panel was replaced by an equivalent orthotropic flat panel. The acoustic-vibration governing equation of the orthotropic flat panel was built with the incident sound wave. With the same modal function base, the governing equation was then solved according to the continuity condition of velocity in the air-panel interface using Galerkin method. The acoustic-vibration response and the analytical expression of the sound transmission loss of the corrugated panel were obtained. Comparing the results of the presented method with those of the previous experimental data, it was found that the present method can predict the sound transmission loss of the corrugated panel much better than the classical wave transmission approach in low and middle frequency range. Finally, the influences of some key parameters, such as panel thickness, incident angle, azimuth angle and loss factor, on the sound insulation capability of the single corrugated panel were analyzed.
