根据动力学理论将特种输液(汽)管道简化为Euler-Bernoulli梁,根据边界条件及实际工况,应用解析方法解出系统的前3阶固有频率。从结果中发现温度、隔热层和接头边界条件影响特种输液(汽)管道的横向振动固有频率。同时采用ANSYS分析软件建立管道的有限元模型并对其进行模态分析,得到各阶固有频率数值解。将解析方法和数值方法所得固有频率与模态试验结果对应频率值进行对比分析,比较结果表明计算结果同试验测得的频率符合很好。

According to the dynamic theory, a special liquid (gas) transfer pipeline was simplified to an Euler-Bernoulli beam. Based on the boundary condition and working conditions, the frequency equation of the beam was deduced, and the first three-order natural frequencies were obtained through solving the frequency equation analytically. It was found from the results that the temperature, the heat insulation and the boundary conditions of the joints can affect the natural frequency of transverse vibration of the pipeline. Then, the finite element model of the pipeline was built using ANSYS software, and the natural frequencies and modals were obtained. Comparison of frequencies shows that the analysis solutions and the numerical solutions are in good agreement with the corresponding experimental results.
