　　目的探讨病程在20天以上的突发性聋的临床疗效。方法对浙江省中医院耳鼻咽喉科2009年2月至2012年3月住院治疗的30例（34耳）病程在20天以上的突发性聋患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果34耳中2耳显效，6耳有效，总有效率23.5%；低频下降型7耳中3耳有效，1耳显效；全频下降型20耳中3耳有效，1耳显效；高频下降型7耳无1耳有效。结论病程20天以上的突发性聋总的疗效较差，但治疗仍有一定意义，其中低频下降型疗效较好，全频下降型疗效较差，高频下降型基本无效。

Objective To explore the clinical outcomes of patients with sudden deafness with a history for more than 20 days. Methods A retrospective review was conducted on 30 patients (34 ears) with sudden deafness for more than twenty days before admission. Results Among 34 ears, 2 ears showed significant improvement and 6 ears showed improvement, with the total efficient rate of 23.5%. Seven ears presented a low-tone hearing loss, in which one ear showed significant improvement and 3 ears showed improvement. Twenty ears presented an all-tone hearing loss, in which one ear showed significant improvement and 3 ears showed improvement. Seven ears presented a high-tone hearing loss, in which no one showed any improvement. Conclusion Patients with sudden deafness for more than 20 days still posses certain therapeutic significance. The best efficacy could be observed on patients with low-tone hearing loss, and a relatively good efficacy with all-tone hearing loss and little efficacy with high-tone hearing loss.
