对高压甲铵预热器爆管原因进行了分析，通过对高压甲铵预热器管壁涡流检测堵管和高压氨预热器的投用，彻底解决了高压甲铵预热器爆管给整个水溶液全循环法尿素胺装置带来危害的问题。
對高壓甲銨預熱器爆管原因進行瞭分析，通過對高壓甲銨預熱器管壁渦流檢測堵管和高壓氨預熱器的投用，徹底解決瞭高壓甲銨預熱器爆管給整箇水溶液全循環法尿素胺裝置帶來危害的問題。

Reasons for squib in high-pressure methylamine preheater are analyzed. The harm is completely solved which is caused by tube explosion in high-pressure methylamine preheater and brings dangerous to the entire urea amine device of total aqueous solution circulation, by using the wall vortex detection tube plugging in high-pressure methylamine preheater blocked tubes and high-pressure ammonia preheater.
