　　目的：探讨妇科千金片联合莫西沙星治疗急性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法：将2009年2月至2011年2月收治的急性盆腔炎患者120例随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，观察组采用妇科千金片联合莫西沙星治疗，对照组采用头孢三嗪联合替硝唑治疗，比较两组临床效果。结果：观察组疗效明显优于对照组（P ＜0．05），两组不良反应发生率无显著性差异（P ＞0．05）。结论：妇科千金片联合莫西沙星治疗急性盆腔炎的效果优于头孢三嗪联合替硝唑，且不良反应少，建议临床推广应用。
　　목적：탐토부과천금편연합막서사성치료급성분강염적림상효과。방법：장2009년2월지2011년2월수치적급성분강염환자120례수궤분위관찰조화대조조각60례，관찰조채용부과천금편연합막서사성치료，대조조채용두포삼진연합체초서치료，비교량조림상효과。결과：관찰조료효명현우우대조조（P ＜0．05），량조불량반응발생솔무현저성차이（P ＞0．05）。결론：부과천금편연합막서사성치료급성분강염적효과우우두포삼진연합체초서，차불량반응소，건의림상추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Fukeqianjin tablets combined with moxifloxacin for patients with acute pelvic inflammation. Methods: 120 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory were randomly divided into observation group and control group from Feb 2009 to Feb 2011, each group was 60 cases. The observation group was treated with Fukeqianjin tablets combined with moxifloxacin, while the control group was treated by triazine combined with tinidazole. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The clinical effect was significantly better in the observation group than that in the control group, P < 0.05. The adverse reactions were not significantly difference between the two groups,P > 0.05. Conclusion: The clinical effect of Fukeqianjin tablets combined with moxifloxacin was better than triazine combined with tinidazole for patients with acute pelvic inflammation and less adverse reaction, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
