目的：探讨Mason Ⅲ、Ⅳ型桡骨小头骨折手术方法及其临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析自2001年1月至2010年12月手术治疗 Mason Ⅲ、Ⅳ型桡骨小头骨折45例的临床资料。结果：所有患者均获随访，随访时间12－25月。切开复位内固定组肘关节评分平均91．7分，优良率91．2％；桡骨小头置换组肘关节评分平均94．2分，优良率90．9％。结论：Mason Ⅲ、Ⅳ型桡骨小头骨折可采用开放复位内固定，MasonⅣ型骨折可采用桡骨小头置换；桡骨头切除术后并发症较多，宜谨慎采用。
目的：探討Mason Ⅲ、Ⅳ型橈骨小頭骨摺手術方法及其臨床療效。方法：迴顧性分析自2001年1月至2010年12月手術治療 Mason Ⅲ、Ⅳ型橈骨小頭骨摺45例的臨床資料。結果：所有患者均穫隨訪，隨訪時間12－25月。切開複位內固定組肘關節評分平均91．7分，優良率91．2％；橈骨小頭置換組肘關節評分平均94．2分，優良率90．9％。結論：Mason Ⅲ、Ⅳ型橈骨小頭骨摺可採用開放複位內固定，MasonⅣ型骨摺可採用橈骨小頭置換；橈骨頭切除術後併髮癥較多，宜謹慎採用。
목적：탐토Mason Ⅲ、Ⅳ형뇨골소두골절수술방법급기림상료효。방법：회고성분석자2001년1월지2010년12월수술치료 Mason Ⅲ、Ⅳ형뇨골소두골절45례적림상자료。결과：소유환자균획수방，수방시간12－25월。절개복위내고정조주관절평분평균91．7분，우량솔91．2％；뇨골소두치환조주관절평분평균94．2분，우량솔90．9％。결론：Mason Ⅲ、Ⅳ형뇨골소두골절가채용개방복위내고정，MasonⅣ형골절가채용뇨골소두치환；뇨골두절제술후병발증교다，의근신채용。
Objective: To explore the operative method and clinical effect of patient with Mason type Ⅲ andⅣ radial head fractures. Methods: The clinical data of 45 patients with Mason Ⅲ and Ⅳ radial head fractures were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2001 to Dec 2010. Results: All cases were followed-up 12-25months.The elbow joint function grading standards was 91.7 and goodness rate was 91.2% in the open reduction and internal fixation group. The elbow joint function grading standards was 94.2 and goodness rate was 90.9% in the radial head replacement group. Conclusions: Mason typeⅡand Ⅲ can adopt open reduction and internal fixation, Mason type Ⅳ can use radial head replacement. The radial head excision has many complications and should apply maidenliness.
