通过对日本(Charybdis japonica)进行免疫多糖、免疫多糖+溶藻弧菌、溶藻弧菌、生理盐水4种方法的处理,测定日本肝胰腺及肌肉中溶菌酶(LZM)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性变化,探讨免疫多糖对日本溶菌酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响.结果表明:日本肝胰腺中LZM 和 SOD 的酶活均高于肌肉中的酶活,且免疫多糖对肝胰腺的免疫增强效应显著高于肌肉;免疫多糖组肝胰腺和肌肉中LZM酶活,在注射后24 h时显著升高至峰值(P<0.05),分别为(11.2±2.78) U·mg-1和(3.75±1.05) U·mg-1; SOD酶活也在24 h达到最高值,分别是对照组的2.2倍和1.4倍;免疫多糖+溶藻弧菌组在72 h时,肝胰腺和肌肉中的LZM酶活分别高出溶藻弧菌组62.8%和75.2%,2个组织中SOD酶活同样显著高于溶藻弧菌组(P<0.05),是溶藻弧菌组的3.5倍和4.2倍.由此可见,免疫多糖对日本免疫功能有增强作用,可以提高日本的抗病能力.

The Charybdis japonicas was performed with different treatments: normal saline controled group, Vibrio alginolyticus infected group, immunopolysaccharide group, immunopolysacchride and after Vibrio alginolyticus infected group. Then we analysed the changes of the lysozyme (LZM) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the hepatopancreas and muscle. The results showed that the activities of LZM and SOD in hepatopancreas were higher than the muscles’. The effect of immunoenhancement on the hepatopancreas was also significantly higher than muscle’s. Besides, LZM’s activity of the immune group was elevated to the peak (P<0.05) after 24 hours in the hepatopancreas and muscle,which was (11.2±2.78) U·mg-1 and (3.75±1.05) U·mg-1. And SOD’s activity also reached the peak after 24 hours, which was 2.2 and 1.4 times of control group in the hepatopancreas and muscle. After 72 hours LZM’s activities of the immuned and bacterial infected group were 62.8%and 75.2%higher than the bacterial infected group in the hepatopancreas and muscle. The SOD’s activities were also significantly higher than bacterial infected group (P<0.05), which were 3.5 and 4.2 times of the bacterial infected group. Therefore, immunopolysacchride maked a effective immune enhancement of Charybdis japonica and improved the resistance ability of disease.
