针对某次火箭发射的发动机故障现象,本文基于APDL和Matlab语言解决了过滤网/骨架结构的建模问题,并准确刻画了过滤网与骨架的相互作用关系。基于试车试验数据进行了起动压力峰的动应力分析,计算分析结果与试验结果一致性较好,复现了故障现象,揭示了故障机理,为飞行试验故障定位及后续的结构改进提供了理论依据及技术支撑作用。

Aiming at a launch trouble, the FEM models of filter/skeleton are established with the help of software of APDL and Matlab,and interactional connection is described accurately between Filter and Skeleton. Based on the experimentation data,dynamic response analysis are implemented when the nonlinear factors, such as plasticity,larger displacement and contact are considered. The results accord with the experimentation, which provide the important reference for failure analysis and structure improvement.
