介绍了冲击响应分析的基本原理,建立了某火箭发动机自锁电磁阀结构的有限元模型,在此基础上,基于弹性力学对该电磁阀结构进行了冲击响应分析,得到了危险部位Von Mises应力值的分布。结果表明,该电磁阀结构无法承受给定的冲击载荷,通过实验验证,计算结果与实验相符。

The basic principles of impulse response analysis were introduced in this article, the FEM model of an electromagnetic valve was established, then the impulse response analysis of the electromagnetic valve was carried out based on elasticity, the distribution of Von Mises stress was obtained. The results show that the electromagnetic valve structure cannot withstand the given impact load, and it is consistent with the experiment.
