压力开关的误触发现象影响着航天运载器的正常工作,采用动力学分析方法,搭建了压力开关及其试验系统的动力学模型,并分析了压力开关的正弦振动工况下的相应特性。通过将振动环境加载到压力开关及相关试验系统的动力学仿真模型中;分析压力开关振动环境下的特性、误触发现象产生机理及解决方法。

False triggering of pressure switch will affect the performance of launch vehicle. Based on dynamics methods, a dynamics model of pressure switch examination system was given. Research on the mechanism of false triggering was made by using the new model, and the solutions were present in the end. Study in this paper supplied feasible ways and means for simulation of characteristic of valves in vibration environment.
