提出了基于抗体浓度的克隆选择多目标优化算法(CCSMOA),该算法借鉴生物克隆选择的机理,针对算法克隆倍数选择的问题,将克隆倍数表示为抗体浓度的函数,并将抗体浓度与抗体-抗原的亲和力及抗体间的亲和度相关联,以此来寻找靠近真实 Pareto 前沿及分布均匀的解。通过与经典的 NSGA2、SPEA2以及当前的 NNIA 算法对比分析表明,在收敛性和分布性方面CCSMOA算法有所改善。最后将CCSMOA算法用于无线传感网络的覆盖优化。
提齣瞭基于抗體濃度的剋隆選擇多目標優化算法(CCSMOA),該算法藉鑒生物剋隆選擇的機理,針對算法剋隆倍數選擇的問題,將剋隆倍數錶示為抗體濃度的函數,併將抗體濃度與抗體-抗原的親和力及抗體間的親和度相關聯,以此來尋找靠近真實 Pareto 前沿及分佈均勻的解。通過與經典的 NSGA2、SPEA2以及噹前的 NNIA 算法對比分析錶明,在收斂性和分佈性方麵CCSMOA算法有所改善。最後將CCSMOA算法用于無線傳感網絡的覆蓋優化。

Antibodies concentration based multi-objective optimization algorithm (CCSMOA) which adopt the biological clonal selection is proposed. To tackle the problem of clone numbers, a new clone method is expressed as a function of antibodies concentration, the antibodies concentration is associated with the affinity of antibody-antigens and the affinity among antibodies. With this approach to search solutions which are close to the Pareto and evenly distributed, CCSMOA is compared with the classic algorithms NSGA2, SPEA2 and currently used algorithm NNIA. The results show that the convergence and the distribution are improved. Furthermore, the CCSMOA is applied to the optimization of coverage of the WSN, satisfactory results are also obtained.
