　　随着我军的现代化进程和基层雷达兵连队的文化体育设施的更新换代，我军基层雷达兵连队的主要文化体育方式也在改变。首先分析了当前基层雷达兵连队文体活动方式现况、特点以及其对团队合作效率的影响，然后从强化网络管理、打造学习型文化体育平台以及增进现实多人游戏方面提出了基层雷达兵连队文体活动方式的建议。

With our army’s modernization process and the upgrading of radar company’s recreational facilities, the main sports&recreational activity modes of the radar-man’s company are also changing. At first, this article analyzes the current state of radar troop basic level’s recreational modes, its traits and its influences on the efficiency of teamwork, and then puts forward some suggestions for the radar-man’s company recreational modes in terms of strengthening network management, constructing learning-type of cultural and physical platform and promoting the implementation of multiplayer game. And Implementation of those proposals can enhance effectively the team work efficiency at the radar-man’s basic level.
