This paper based on the situation of socio-economic development in GuiZhou, and the demand of artificial rain-fall serve the WuJiang River basin hydropower production, from the two perspective of air water resources development and the watershed climatic background, analysis of the feasibility to carry out artificial rainfall in the Wujiang River basin. And then, this article combine of the artificial rainfall services cases, to assess the expected benefits of artificial rainfall serve the WuJiang River basin hydropower production.
