　　依据复杂适应系统科学的理论，将民营经济系统界定为一个复杂适应系统，并在此基础上阐述了民营经济系统所具有的聚集、流、非线性和多样性等复杂适应特征，论述了在复杂适应系统视角下民营经济管理呈现出来的新特点。

This article first defines the private economy system as a complex adaptive system on the basis of the theory of complex adaptive system, then illustrates the complex adaptive features of the private economy system, such as aggregation, nonlinearity, flows and diversity. At last, this paper discusses the new features of private system management from the perspective of complex adaptive system.
