用真空磁动力装置和新型工艺制备高强度变形铝合金可以获得良好效果。与传统工艺相比,合金中氢含量降低65%~80%,从而提高了产品的内部质量和力学特性。应用真空磁动力装置半连续铸造?142 mm铸锭和二次АД31合金回炉料,其性能与采用新原材料制备的合金性能相当。
用真空磁動力裝置和新型工藝製備高彊度變形鋁閤金可以穫得良好效果。與傳統工藝相比,閤金中氫含量降低65%~80%,從而提高瞭產品的內部質量和力學特性。應用真空磁動力裝置半連續鑄造?142 mm鑄錠和二次АД31閤金迴爐料,其性能與採用新原材料製備的閤金性能相噹。

Good results can be achieved by the application of vacuum magneto?dynamic system in preparing high strength wrought aluminum alloy. Compared with conventional technology,the hydrogen content in the prepared alloy decreases by 65% to 80%, resulting in the improvement of product quality and mechanical properties. The mechanical properties of ?142 mm semi ?continuous casting ingot prepared with second АД31 aluminum alloy as furnace burden are similar to those with new raw material.
