为探寻某复合增程弹底排船尾碎裂的原因,对回收弹体、底排船尾残骸及同批次弹体和回收的底排船尾的力学特性进行检测,复查试验用弹体和底排船尾的力学特性参数。对发射时底排药柱的受力情况进行分析,并建立药柱强度的计算方法。结果表明,底排船尾碎裂是由于底排药柱与船尾之间存在空隙,发射时出现受力不均而导致强度不足所致;通过填充柔性体可以解决。
為探尋某複閤增程彈底排船尾碎裂的原因,對迴收彈體、底排船尾殘骸及同批次彈體和迴收的底排船尾的力學特性進行檢測,複查試驗用彈體和底排船尾的力學特性參數。對髮射時底排藥柱的受力情況進行分析,併建立藥柱彊度的計算方法。結果錶明,底排船尾碎裂是由于底排藥柱與船尾之間存在空隙,髮射時齣現受力不均而導緻彊度不足所緻;通過填充柔性體可以解決。

In order to seek the causes and countermeasure of fragmentation of base bleed stern for a certain compound extended range projectile,the recovered projectile body and base bleed stern debris were detected in detail. The mechanical property parameters of projectile body and base bleed stern used in test were reexamined. By the way,the mechanical property parameters of projectile body and base bleed stern in the same bath were detected. By analyzing the force conditions of base bleed grain,the calculation method of grain strength was established. The research reveals that void between base bleed grain and stern causes the uneven distribution of loading,and the insufficient strength causes the fragmentations of bleed stern. The problem can be solved by filling flexible body.
