以端羧基丁腈橡胶作为改性剂对TGDDM环氧树脂进行增韧,并与2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑固化剂和KH550偶联剂混合,制备出TGDDM环氧胶粘剂。分别测试了环氧胶粘剂固化后的剪切拉伸强度、凝胶化时间、电学性能以及接触角,并计算了环氧胶粘剂的表观活化能、表面能和相对介电常数。当端羧基丁腈橡胶的用量为15 phr时,TGDDM环氧胶粘剂的拉伸剪切强度最大,达到27.8 MPa,并且具有良好的电气绝缘性能和疏水性。

A TGDDM epoxy adhesive was prepared by blending TGDDM epoxy resin modified by carbox-yl-terminated butadiene-acrylonitrile(CTBN), 2-ethyl-4-tetramethylimidazole curing agent and KH550 cou-pling agent. The tensile shear strength, gel time, electrical properties and contact angle of the cured ep-oxy adhesive were tested, and then the activation energy, surface energy and relative dielectric constant were calculated. The results show that when the CTBN dosage is 15 phr, the tensile shear strength of the TGDDM epoxy adhesive attains maximum 27.8 MPa, and the adhesive has good electrical insulating prop-erties and hydrophobicity.
