为建立基于泄漏电流特征量的复合绝缘子憎水性能诊断方法,研究了在饱和湿度情况下,污秽度和憎水性能对泄漏电流最大值、泄漏电流出现次数及累积放电量的影响,用聚类分析法对复合绝缘子的憎水性能进行诊断。结果表明:泄漏电流最大值随污秽度和憎水性等级的变大呈增加趋势,污秽度和憎水性能影响泄漏电流幅值的区间不同,污秽度主要影响泄漏电流的低幅值部分,而憎水性能主要影响泄漏电流的高幅值部分,造成这种差异的原因是污秽度和憎水性能对复合绝缘子表面电阻的影响不同;污秽度对复合绝缘子表面累积放电量的影响更明显。使用聚类分析法,选取的泄漏电流特征量能够实现对复合绝缘子憎水性能的诊断。

To establish a diagnosis method of hydrophobicity of composite insulator based on leakage cur-rent characteristic, the effects of pollution degree and hydrophobicity on the maximum value of leakage current, occurrence number of leakage current and accumulated discharge capacity were studied under the condition of saturated humidity, and the hydrophobicity of the composite insulator was diagnosed by clus-ter analysis method. The results show that the maximum value of leakage current increases with the in-crease of pollution degree and hydrophobicity. The pollution degree and hydrophobicity affect the the different amplitude range of leakage current. The pollution degree primarily affects the low amplitude part of leakage current, while the hydrophobicity affects the high amplitude part of leakage current, which is because the effcts of pollution degree and hydrophobicity on the surface resistance of the composite insulator are different. The effect of pollution degree on the accumulated discharge capacity of the composite insulator is more obvious. The selected leakage current characteristic can realize the diagnosis of hydrophobicity of the composite insulator by the cluster analysis method.
