　　目的探讨中医护理干预对缓解骨科术后疼痛的临床效果。方法100例关节镜手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采取常规护理方法加自控静脉镇痛泵，观察组采用穴位按摩、全身关节按摩、耳穴压豆等缓解术后疼痛，观察两组患者24小时内的镇痛效果及不良反应的发生率。结果两组患者镇痛效果无明显差异，观察组患者不良反应发生率低，明显优于对照组。结论中医护理干预对缓解骨科术后疼痛具有效果明显、操作简单、价格低廉，无副作用等优点，值得临床推广应用。
　　목적탐토중의호리간예대완해골과술후동통적림상효과。방법100례관절경수술환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조，대조조채취상규호리방법가자공정맥진통빙，관찰조채용혈위안마、전신관절안마、이혈압두등완해술후동통，관찰량조환자24소시내적진통효과급불량반응적발생솔。결과량조환자진통효과무명현차이，관찰조환자불량반응발생솔저，명현우우대조조。결론중의호리간예대완해골과술후동통구유효과명현、조작간단、개격저렴，무부작용등우점，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM nursing intervention on pain relief after orthopaedic surgery. Methods 100 cases after arthroscopic surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups: observation group and control group, 50 in each; routine nurs-ing plus patient controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) was performed in control group while point massage, body joint massage and auricular point compression were given to patients in observation group; the pain relief and the occurrence of side effects in patients within 24 hours after surgery were observed between the 2 groups. Results There existed no significant difference in pain relief between the patients of the 2 groups; the occurrence of side effects in observation group was lower than that in control group. Conclusions TCM nursing intervention is of obvious effect in pain relief after orthopaedic surgery with the advantages of simple performance, lower ex-penses and less side effect, it is worthy of wide application in clinic.
