　　目的研究慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者血清线粒体偶联因子-6（CF6）含量变化及意义。方法分别测定60例CHF患者与30例健康对照患者血清CF6及脑钠肽（BNP）浓度，并对检测结果进行对比分析。结果CHF患者血清CF6、BNP浓度较对照组有统计学意义（P＜0.01），且随心力衰竭程度的加重而升高，CHF各组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论血清CF6在心力衰竭的发生发展过程中有一定的病理生理意义。
　　목적연구만성심력쇠갈（CHF）환자혈청선립체우련인자-6（CF6）함량변화급의의。방법분별측정60례CHF환자여30례건강대조환자혈청CF6급뇌납태（BNP）농도，병대검측결과진행대비분석。결과CHF환자혈청CF6、BNP농도교대조조유통계학의의（P＜0.01），차수심력쇠갈정도적가중이승고，CHF각조간차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。결론혈청CF6재심력쇠갈적발생발전과정중유일정적병리생리의의。
Objective To study the changes of mitochondrial coupling factor 6 (CF6) levels in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and the significance. Methods The concentrations of CF6 and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in 60 patients with CHF and those of 30 healthy controllers were measured respectively. Results The concentrations of CF6 and BNP in patients with CHF were higher than those in controllers, the difference was of statistical significance (P<0.01), and kept raising up with aggravation of heart failure; the difference between each CHF group was of statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusions CF6 is of certain pathophysiological effect in the occurrence and progression of heart failure.
