提出雨水汇集和雨水渗透两种城市雨水资源利用途径,构建不同利用途径的雨水资源利用量和利用效益的量化方法。以郑州市为例进行计算,计算结果显示,郑州市城区年均可汇集雨水利用量为0.86亿m 3,产生的可量化的效益为4.74亿元;下渗雨水利用量为0.72亿m 3,补充地下水量为0.11亿m 3,产生效益为2.09亿元,郑州市雨水资源利用潜力巨大,能获得的经济效益和生态效益可观。

In this paper, two ways of utilization of rainwater resources, collection and seepage of rainwater resources, are proposed.Methods for the calculation of utilization amount and benefit quantification in different utilization ways were developed.A case study was conducted in Zhengzhou City .According to the calculation results, the collection volume of rainwater resources is 0.86×10 8 m 3 per year in the city, and the resources can bring a benefit of about 4.74 ×10 8 yuan.The seepage volume is 0.72 ×10 8 m 3 per year, and the volume of supplemental groundwater is 0.11×10 8 m 3 per year, which can produce a benefit of 2.09×10 8 yuan.The results show that the utilization potential of the rainwater resources in Zhengzhou City is tremendous , and it can produce considerable economic and ecological benefits .
