建立了长距离多坡段带式输送机驱动部分的数学模型，并运用有限元分析法对该条带式输送机启动过程的动态特性进行研究，得出了长距离多坡段带式输送机启动过程的动张力、速度、位移特性，其头部张力是尾部张力的1.5倍，张紧装置的最大位移达到2.6 m。该分析方法和得出的结论可为超长距离带式输送机的设计和研究提供参考。

This paper established the mathematical model of long-distance belt conveyor drive part ,and researched the dynamic characteristics of the conveyor in start process by finite element method , to get its dynamic tension , speed and displacement characteristics .It is concluded that the tension of head is 1 .5 times of the tail ,the maximum displacement of tension device is 2 .6 m . This study can provide reference for the research and design of long-distance belt conveyor .
