以研制的某型矿用装载机为样机,进行了遥控系统设计研究,涉及遥控操作室的视频监控系统设计、电信号控制的液压系统设计和基于CAN总线的控制策略编写与软件控制流程图制定,对实现矿用装载机遥控操作、满足作业要求及操作安全具有重要的意义。

This paper discusses a certain type of developed mining loader prototype ,and introduces the design of the remote control system ,including the monitoring system of remote operation room ,the hydraulic system controlled by electrical signal ,the control strategy based on CAN bus and the flow chart for software control .It is of important significance for the realization of the remote operation of mine loader ,meeting the work requirement and operational safety .
