利用多色集合建立了注塑产品的需求分析、结构设计及其模具设计的并行设计模型,在此基础上提出了一种基于多色集合理论的并行设计方法。以围道矩阵描述不同设计阶段的相互约束关系,以多色图实现各设计阶段的联动,并结合一个注塑产品实例说明了这种新方法的实现过程。

A concurrent design method based on the theory of polychromatic sets was presented ,and the concurrent design model was set up with the polychromatic sets , considing the requirement analysis , product structural design and injection mold design . Constraint relationships between different design stages were described by contour matrix .The linkage between different design stages were revealed by the polychromatic graph .An example of a simple injection plastic product was researched to reveal the application and advantages of the presented method .
