　　针对三支点前驱电动叉车的特点设计了一种带湿式制动功能的轮边减速器，并确定了减速器的结构原理和虚拟样机模型。利用ABAQUS软件对其中间轴零件进行模态分析，得到中间轴的固有频率及振型，为轮边减速器的性能优化提供重要的模态参数，同时也为结构的改进设计提供了理论依据。

A wheel-side reducer with the wet brake which is suitable for the electric three-wheel forklift is designed and the construction principle and the virtual prototype model of the gear reducer are defined .The finite element software ABAQUS is used to the central shaft's modal analysis to obtain the natural frequency and the mode shape .This method provides important modal parameters for wheel-side reducer's performance optimization and theoretical basis for further improvement in structure design .
