　　田间调查发现，湖北省长阳县玉米粗缩病发生普遍，白背飞虱大量分布，未见灰飞虱存在。通过症状观察、病毒dsRNA基因组电泳图谱分析、RT-PCR、序列分析等鉴定方法，对湖北长阳玉米粗缩病进行病原鉴定。结果表明，湖北长阳发生的玉米粗缩病是由新的水稻斐济病毒暂定种---南方水稻黑条矮缩病毒(Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus，SRBSDV)引起。
　　전간조사발현，호북성장양현옥미조축병발생보편，백배비슬대량분포，미견회비슬존재。통과증상관찰、병독dsRNA기인조전영도보분석、RT-PCR、서렬분석등감정방법，대호북장양옥미조축병진행병원감정。결과표명，호북장양발생적옥미조축병시유신적수도비제병독잠정충---남방수도흑조왜축병독(Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus，SRBSDV)인기。
Field investigations were conducted on the viral diseases in Changyang county, Hubei province. Maize rough dwarf disease was the main virus disease with vast white-backed planthoppers but few small brown planthop-pers. By symptom observation, dsRNA profiling, RT-PCR and sequence analysis, the pathogen of the maize rough dwarf disease in Changyang county was identified as the proposed novel Fijivirus species, the name is Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus(SRBSDV).
