玉米是对低温逆境较为敏感的重要禾谷类作物。早春低温冷害是我国北方春玉米区的主要自然灾害之一,已成为影响玉米产量水平提高的重要因素。从膜脂过氧化、光合作用、外源激素以及脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质含量等方面阐述玉米耐寒性生理生化机理研究进展,简述近年来对玉米耐寒性QTL定位和分子信号转导以及基因克隆转化方面的研究概况,对玉米耐寒性研究方面存在的问题及今后的研究方向进行探讨。

As an important cereal crop, maize is sensitive to chilling stress. Early spring chilling damage is one of the main natural disasters in northern spring maize region. It has become an important factor that elevated maize yield level in this region. The research progress on physio-biochemistry of chilling tolerance in maize was summa-rized from the aspects of membrane lipid peroxidation, photosynthesis, exogenous hormones, proline and soluble pro-tein content. Current advance in QTL analysis, molecular signal conduction, gene clone and transform for chilling tolerance in the recent years were reviewed. The problems and perspectives of maize chilling tolerance were also provided.
