干旱是影响玉米产量最主要的非生物胁迫因子。综述玉米耐旱性评价研究进展,对目前耐旱鉴定研究过程中存在的问题进行探讨,提出玉米耐旱鉴定应采取以产量性状为评价指标的直接评价和以生理生化或形态性状为评价指标的间接评价相结合策略。

Drought had heavily threatened the production of maize. The research development for evaluation of maize drought tolerance was summarized, and some existing problems about the identification of maize drought toler-ance were discussed. The results considered that the identification of maize drought tolerance should adopt the combi-nation of the two strategies, direct evaluation based on yield and indirect evaluation based on the physiological and biochemical indexes or morphological indexes.
