以直齿圆柱齿轮减速器为研究对象,在包括干摩擦在内的不同润滑条件运用转矩转速传感器测试齿轮传动效率,对比分析试验结果可知,润滑有助于提高齿轮传动效率,在普通润滑油中加入合适比例的添加剂可使效率提高更加明显,加入添加剂的润滑方法操作简单,容易实施,应广泛推广。

Taking the reducer with straight spur gear as the research object, the efficiency test of the set is conducted by dif-ferent kinds of lubrication conditions , including the conditions of dry friction with the help of torque and revolution speed trans-ducer.The contrastive analysis of experimental results indicates that the lubrication contributes can improve the efficiency of mechanical transmission, much obvious improvement of efficiency on mechanical transmission could be achieved if appropriate additive is added.The kind of method is simple to operate and carriy out easily, which is popularized.
