用有限元软件对渐开线变位齿轮进行精确建模、啮合仿真,并分析了变位齿轮的动力学参数。用四段圆弧法对渐开线变位齿轮齿轮精确建模,取一组变位系数为0.3的高变位齿轮副,用ANSYS软件仿真分析齿轮啮合动力学参数。研究发现,有限元仿真得到的数据准确可靠,有助于提高变位齿轮的设计和应用。

The modified gear is accurately modeled and simulated with the finite element software, and the kinetic parameters of modified gear are analyzed.Modified gear accurate is modeled by four arcs method, gear dynamics parameters are simulated and analyzed by a set of modification coefficient with high gear 0.3.The study found that the finite element simulation data is accurate and reliable, it can improve the design and application of modified gear.
