通过调查了解社团成员对学习型社团的认识、理解和判断;了解成员对自我沟通能力的认识,对学习型社团能否促进个人沟通能力养成的看法。调查结果:第一,仅有一半学生了解学习型社团特征,他们对社团的判断较为准确;第二,大多数学生对自我沟通能力的评价与自我效能感偏低,女生的沟通能力方面的自我效能感略低于男生;第三,大多数学生认为学习型社团能够促进沟通能力的养成,但有部分学生表现出易受暗示性。针对调查结果提出进行社团变革,营造积极正向文化氛围等解决方法。

Based on the research of association members’communication awareness, self-understanding and self-judgment, this paper is to learn the members’ views on the learning associations’ promotion to their communication skills. The results show that:only half of the students know the characteristics of the learning associations, and their judgments are reliable; most of the students’ communication skills of self-evaluation and self-efficacy are quite low, and girls’ are inferior to boys’;What’s more, the majority of students believe that learning associations can promote their communication skills, but some students seem susceptible to intimation. With the specific analysis, this paper suggests a revolution and some positive solutions to develop the learning associations in college.
